Licence terms

These terms apply to every GymGifs licence (Starter, Pro, Complete and custom exercises) sold by CNBLT Studio (“we”). By buying a licence you (“the licensee”) agree to them.

1. What you get

A non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the exercise animations you bought (MP4, GIF and WebP files) and the matching entries of the JSON catalogue, after full payment.

2. What you may do

• Use the animations inside one app, website or platform that you own or operate — free or paid, for any number of end users. iOS, Android and web versions of the same product count as one.
• Resize, compress, convert, crop or re-time the files for your product.
• Show the animations in marketing for that product (app-store screenshots, ads, social posts).

Using the files in several products, or in work for clients, needs the extended licence (2× the listed price).

3. What you may not do

• Resell, sublicense, share or give away the files or the catalogue, on their own or as part of a library, template, asset pack, stock collection or API whose purpose is to provide exercise media to others.
• Let end users download the original files from your product (streaming or displaying them is fine).
• Use the files to train or build a competing exercise-media library, or claim them as your own work.

4. Ownership

The animations remain the property of CNBLT Studio; you receive a licence, not ownership. Exercise names and muscle tags in the catalogue come from an open exercise dataset published under the MIT licence; its notice is included in every download.

5. Delivery

Files are delivered as a download link to the e-mail address used at checkout. Please keep a backup of your files.

6. Warranty and liability

The files are provided as described on this site. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the licence.

7. Ending the licence

The licence ends automatically if you breach these terms, or if the payment is refunded or reversed. After that, the files must be removed from your product.

8. Changes

We may update these terms for future purchases. A licence you already bought keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.
