Refund policy

Because GymGifs licences are digital files delivered instantly, we handle refunds as follows.

Before you download

If you have not downloaded your files yet, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

After you download

Once files have been downloaded, purchases are final — except when the files are faulty or not as described. In that case tell us within 14 days; we will fix or replace the affected files, and if we cannot, refund you.

Try before you buy

Not sure the style fits your app? Ask for a free sample pack before buying.

How to ask

E-mail us with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; the licence for refunded files ends.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country.
